We will gladly exchange, within 30 days of your order date, any unwashed and unworn ticketed merchandise in its original condition, when accompanied by the original packing slip invoice. Item(s) must be returned in its original packaging, with all original tags attached. If you received Fox + Badger product as a gift, please make sure to include the packing slip or proof of purchase.
If your original purchase included a free gift with purchase (GWP), you must also return that GWP in the package to avoid unnecessary charges for missing items.
To initiate a return or exchange email us at email@example.com to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) number. This RMA number will be emailed back to you and ensures that we are expecting a package from you. This number must be written in the top right-hand side of the return form. Please print the completed form and include it in the package with your merchandise. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, whenever possible, and mail or courier to:

Shipping costs for returns are not included. We recommend that all returns be sent using a traceable carrier. We are not responsible for packages that are not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We apologize but we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
If you wish to exchange an item, we will gladly send you a replacement free of SHIPPING CHARGES. This one-time free shipping for your exchange applies to regular-priced merchandise only. Items purchased on sale will not be eligible for free exchange.
Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Shipping charges (including those incurred for returns) and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.
Depending on the shipping method you have chosen for your package and from where it is being shipped back to us, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive it. Upon receipt, please allow a maximum of 10 business days to process your credit. In addition, allow a few additional days for your financial institution to process the credit.
